NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the water rents of the Varysburg Water District in the Town of Sheldon shall be set at:

Number of Gallons Rate: 

First 10,000, minimum $20.00 

Thereafter, per 1,000 gallons $ 3.00 

effective 120 days from today on January 19, 2023.

Resolution passed at the September 21, 2022 meeting of the Sheldon Town Board.

 TOWN OF SHELDON NOTICE OF PUBLIC  HEARING   Pursuant to the Town  of Sheldon Zoning Law,  NOTICE IS HEREBY  GIVEN that the Town of  Sheldon Zoning Board of  Appeals shall hold a Public  Hearing on Thursday, April  23, 2026 at 6:00 PM at the  Sheldon Town Hall located  at 1380 Centerline Road,  Strykersville, New York  14145, to consider the  following:   An application made by  Boxler Maple, LLC for  an area variance. The  property is located at 2369  Route 20A, Strykersville;  SBL No.: 57.-2-46.1.The  variance requested is for  the allowance of the pond  in regards to distance from  structures and property  lines.
