Number of Gallons Rate:
First 10,000, minimum $20.00
Thereafter, per 1,000 gallons $ 3.00
effective 120 days from today on January 19, 2023.
Resolution passed at the September 21, 2022 meeting of the Sheldon Town Board.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF SHELDON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS Pursuant to the Town of Sheldon Zoning Law, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Sheldon Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday February 25, 2026 @ 6:00 PM at the Town of Sheldon Town Hall located at 1380 Centerline Road, Strykersville, New York 14145, to consider the following: An application made by Boxler Maple, LLC for a use variance. The property is located at 2369 Route 20A, Strykersville; SBL No.: 57.-2-46.1. The variances requested is as follows; 1. Allowance of wedding and event venue in the Low-Density District A copy of the applications for area and use variances are available for review in the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
