Pursuant to the Town of Sheldon Zoning Law, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Sheldon Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM at the Town of Sheldon Town Hall located at 1380 Centerline Road, Strykersville, New York 14145, to consider the following:
An application made by Tamara Dedoszak for a variance. The property is located on Schwab Rd., tax map No. 92.-1-63. The variance requested is to erect a 24’ x 20’ storage shed on a parcel without a primary dwelling.
A copy of the variance application and proposed future development is available for review in the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL Pursuant To Section 506 - Real Property Tax Law, Notice is hereby given that the Assessor for the Town of Sheldon, County of Wyoming, State of New York, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year. The Tentative Assessment Roll is available for inspection at Wyoming County Real Property at 143 N.
