NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF SHELDON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Pursuant to the Town of Sheldon Zoning Law, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Sheldon Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026 at 6:00 PM, at the Town of Sheldon Town Hall located at 1380 Centerline Road, Strykersville, New York 14145, to consider the following:
An application made by Dean Bufton & Kayla Bennion, for a 24’ x 24’ lean-to off of their existing garage at property location 513 Sanders Hill Rd., Tax map No. 102.-1-10, requiring an area variance for the reduction of rear setback from the allowed 25’ to 5’.
A copy of the application for area variance and proposed future development is available for review in the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Sheldon Town Board will hold the 2027 budget workshop meeting on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Sheldon Town Hall, 1380 Centerline Road, Strykersville, NY 14145.
